Shipping & Delivery
DAILY Pick-Up - Place your order online and choose either the Palm City or Melbourne Pick-up Location. You will be prompted to select a date and a time for your order. Available times for pickup at these locations will be visible on the calendar. Call 772-800-5566 to make a pick-up appointment outside of these hours.
MONTHLY North & South Drop-Off Location Delivery - See our list of routes and drop-off locations to meet the delivery truck on a Saturday morning with a group of other raw feeding customers. This option is currently available once per month. The order deadline is midnight the day prior to delivery. Please plan on bringing a cooler or something to transport your order in. All case orders will be packaged in a cardboard box. We can only stay 15 minutes at each location in order to make our next stop on time so PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.

The South Route is the 1st Saturday of the month:
- JUPITER - 9:00 AM
- PALM BEACH NORTH - 9:35 AM
- PALM BEACH SOUTH - 10:10 AM
- LANTANA - 10:45 AM
- BOCA RATON - 11:20 AM
The North Route is the 2nd Saturday of the month.
- PORT ST. LUCIE - 9:00 AM
- FORT PIERCE - 9:45 AM
- VERO BEACH 10:30 AM

WEEKLY Shipping via UPS Ground -
- All UPS shipping orders go out on Monday.
- We currently only ship to locations in FLORIDA
- Shipping costs are $2.00 per lb with a 24 lb minimum.
- The order deadline is Monday at 8:00 AM.
- During checkout you can select which Monday you would like your order to be shipped on.
- Orders are shipped in an insulated cooler pack with dry ice to ensure the safety of your dog's food during shipping.
